Terms & Conditions:

  1. Kindly note that when arranging a booking you are entering into a contract with ACS Surrey Ltd.
  2. We act as a principal for Corporate Accounts,Weddings Cars, Funeral Services, Group Travel and act as an agent for all other bookings on behalf of the drivers.
  3. ACS Surrey request a minimum of 12 hour’s notice for any online booking. If you are booking less than 12 hour’s notice – please call our help-line number: +44 (0)1483 88 9999.
  4. Our drivers will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and legal speed limits.
  5. We will always ensure that our drivers are punctual; however, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
  6. For pick up’s from the airport, the driver will be waiting with a name board in the arrivals hall. The first hour of waiting time is free, after this the standard charge is £20 per hour. This will vary for the type of vehicle and unsociable hours. Every effort is made to check flight arrival times; however, the information is not always accurate or is displayed too late and the driver is in the airport already. If your flight is delayed or cancelled please let us know as soon as possible to avoid callout and excessive parking charges.
  7. Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the interior and/or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly.
  8. We reserve the right to subcontract bookings during busy periods.
  9. We reserve that right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at any time if necessary.
  10. We strictly maintain non-smoking policy in all its vehicles.
  11. By supplying your email address, you permit ACS Surrey Ltd to contact you via email, in return we promise that we never share your email to any third parties.
  12. ACS Surrey Ltd Will keep lost property at their office and will endeavour to return any lost goods left in our vehicle(s) or subcontracted vehicle(s) to the customer. Any lost property not collected will be given to a local Charity shop.
  13. We will ensure our vehicles are fully insured; however, passengers belongings and property are carried at their own risk. We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage for such property.
  14. We reserve the right (and delegates to its drivers the right) to refuse to carry in any of its vehicles any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passenger(s). We will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse directed to its drivers or other staff and will pursue the authorities for prosecution if necessary.
  15. If the vehicle is soiled by passengers a minimum charge of £90 applies for cleaning and loss of earnings.
  16. Nothing contained in these terms and conditions affect the Client’s’ statutory rights.
  17. We reserve the right to amend, change, delete or add to policy whenever we deem it necessary.

 

Payments and Deposits:

  1. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT, which is charged at 20% where applicable.
  2. For vehicles up to 8 passengers and standard bookings, payment is required when the journey is completed. We reserve the right to ask for credit card details in advance as security for payment.
  3. For weddings, Proms, Funerals, and other Platinum bookings a 25% deposit is required with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the booking.
  4. Minibus & Coaches payment is required 7 days prior to booking.
  5. Any deviations to the original booking price, such as additional waiting time, extra hours, additional stops and address changes will be charged upon completion.
  6. Other charges that may be applicable e.g. unsociable hours, parking, congestion/ULEZ and road tolls
  7. Unsociable hours are between 11.30 pm and 6.00 am and will be subject to surcharge of x1.5.
  8. A higher rate is charged during holidays such as Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Specific costs can be provided upon request.
  9. The charge on your credit card statement will be shown as ACS Surrey Limited.
  10. We accept the payments in Pound Sterling.
  11. All prices are agreed in pounds sterling and exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
  12. Payment terms for corporate accounts are 14 days from the date of invoice.
